We accept cash, check, debit cards, and the major credit cards. If you have questions regarding an outstanding balance, please call our billing office at 832-321-5961.
Patients are seen in the order of their scheduled appointment time. A 15 minute late arrival will be treated as an unscheduled visit for that day or may be rescheduled for another day.
Unscheduled Appointments or work-ins:
We accept unscheduled appointments and patients are seen on a work in basis which may include up to a 2 hour wait time.
Laboratory Test Results:
- For blood drawn at the office, we will mail you test results within 2 weeks (if you request a test result letter).
- For blood drawn outside the office, we will mail you test results within 2 weeks. If you have not received your test results within 2 weeks, please contact us.
Diagnostic Test Results:
For diagnostic test results, we will mail you results within 2 weeks. If you have not received your test results within 2 weeks, please contact us.

Referrals may take up to 7 days to process. Allow 2 weeks to receive the referral by the mail.
Medical Records or Forms:
A written release is required for medical records request and a fee may apply. Medical records or forms are provided within 15 business days of the request and receipt of release and fee.
For prescription refills, you may contact your pharmacy and the pharmacy will contact us. Then you may contact the pharmacy regarding your refill. If you do not have refills left, you are due for an office visit. All patients should bring list of current medication and/or prescription bottle.
